365 days return policy

As an experienced performance product manufacturer, we know that there will be days that the ordered product(s) will simply not be as expected. At PPEEQQ we surpass the legally required return period of 14 days, as we offer you the right to return your unused product(s) in good condition within 365 days after receiving your order. When returning, you have the option to ask for a credit or an exchange. During the entire process, we will of course keep close contact with you about the state of affairs.

 

To make the return process as convenient as possible for you, you can easily use the UPS return label, which is included in your parcel and drop your package of at the nearest UPS point or you can go to your preferred parcel service to buy the shipping service yourself. The return request can be issued via the original order, which can be found in the order history in your account.

As we are Benelux’ biggest online bike retail company, we are able to offer FREE worldwide shipping for every order with a minimal value of €99.-

 

If you would like to know what the delivery time of your order is, from the moment it leaves our warehouse in the Netherlands, we invite you to visit the UPS.com website where you can calculate the current delivery times

 

At this moment, we are unfortunately not able to deliver to Canada and the USA due to limitations in product liability insurance.

 

Depending the delivery Country there may be local taxes and duties charged on your order. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
